All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We offer Free Two (2) Business Days shipping on all US orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, ICARO orders may experience delays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once shipment reaches your destination country. ICARO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Check the Status of the Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@goicaro.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS - All returns must be in like-new condition and must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Any defects or damage due to usage may void return and warranty guidelines.
PACKAGING - Please keep packaging up to 90 days after receiving your order. In the event your item needs to be returned for a refund or repair, you will be required to provide packaging that supports the Icaro pad in transit.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We accept returns up to 30
days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping & handling costs
for the return.
